TD Bank taps into the power of social media to increase their local listings visibility and organic traffic

TD Bank is an international financial company that provides banking services, credit cards, loans, home lending and other financial products for domestic and commercial use. Headquarter in Toronto, Canada, and with more than 90,000 employees around the world, TD Bank is one of the 10 largest banks in the US.

TD Bank needed to improve the local SEO visibility of each of its bank locations by ensuring they were accurately cited in organic search results. This meant ensuring that local listings across the web were properly linked to the bank’s website, with the correct address and other relevant information.
To optimize and monitor TD Bank’s hundreds of local listings, Piper SEO implemented a comprehensive strategy that included leveraging Yext and BrightLocal. This enabled us to ensure each bank location was properly cited in organic search, with the correct address and information, both internally and externally. In addition, we worked with TD Bank’s creative team to develop 50 unique videos for each specific New York City location, which were then uploaded to YouTube for maximum visibility.
With Piper’s efforts, all of the TD Bank branch locations were successfully cited and listed highly in Google Search results.
